Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Check Preparation

  Ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and invoice documents to qualify for a successful return pickup.

  Reverse Pickup

  Our logistics partner will visit your address within 48-72 hours to collect the package after verifying the basic condition of the item.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes a final quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
